Innovation Stories
The phrase ‘Water, water everywhere, not a drop to drink’ sheds light on an issue the country grapples with today. Underground water tables are running dry, lakes and waterbodies are polluted, and sources of clean water are fast disappearing. These stories celebrate the phenomenal minds that have invented unconventional yet simple ideas to solve this crisis. The hope is to conserve and respect this most basic natural God-given source that has always flowed for us, free and strong.
The mapping of sustainable ideas in the domains of cleanWater, cleanAir, cleanEnergy, cleanEarth or Forest documents India's most seminal ideas in building ecological resilience. Sustainability Idea Labs is delighted to showcase these ideas as Administering Partner at the India Pavilion, London Design Biennale 2021.
