That India is a land of over a billion people is a statistical fact, that we have the largest population in the world under the age of twenty-five is also a well-known fact. That India is the birthplace of mathematics is a historical fact, and in line with history, we are committed to support local indigenous innovation and its historico-cultural narratives of sustainability, building innovation within the domain of sustainability, via design.
Sustainability Idea Labs creates student and mentorship programs that address real-time sustainability pain-points to build awareness and encourage innovation in student communities. How do we make our water cleaner, our earth green, brownfields usable, use cleaner energy, and air breathable? If you have an idea, individually or as a School team, read on.

We are committed to support local indigenous innovation and its historico-cultural narratives of sustainability, as well as present day innovation within the domain of sustainability via design on a global stage.e of twenty-five is also a well-known fact. That India is the birthplace of mathematics is a historical fact, yet in the past few decades we as a nation have beeCn lagging in innovation at least at a visible level on the global stage. While we take pride in our fellow countrymen who have led innovation abroad, is it not time that we try to encourage the same level of innovation within the country?
To this end the upcoming London Design Biennale provides an amazing opportunity to showcase indigenous innovation both historico-cultural narratives as well as present day innovation, within the domain of sustainability on a global stage within the India Pavilion
